About DuPage Routine

What is DuPage Routine?

DuPage Routine is a local design and gifting brand inspired by the places, traditions, and everyday routines that make DuPage County feel like home.

We create illustrated goods including totes, mugs, stickers, prints, and apparel — each one rooted in familiar local moments like market mornings, bike rides, park days, and neighborhood traditions.

Where are your designs from?

Each collection starts with a real local routine or place. Volume 1 begins in Wheaton with Saturday mornings at the market, Prairie Path bike rides, and park days at Northside Park.

Future collections will expand to more DuPage County and western suburb towns.

Are your products made in DuPage County?

The artwork, brand, and collections are designed in DuPage County.

Products are printed to order by production partners, which allows us to offer small-batch local designs without carrying large amounts of inventory.

Why do you call each town a “volume”?

We are building DuPage Routine town by town.

Each volume highlights the specific places, routines, and landmarks that locals recognize — starting with Volume 1: Wheaton.

Will you make products for my town?

That is the plan. We are starting with Wheaton and plan to expand into nearby towns over time.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most items are printed after the order is placed. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time is added.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

When will my order arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks, depending on the product, production time, and shipping location.

Because items are made to order, delivery times can vary slightly.

Will everything in my order arrive together?

Not always.

Different product types may be made by different production partners, so a tote, mug, sticker, print, or shirt may arrive in separate packages.

If that happens, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time. All orders are shipped directly to you.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, DuPage Routine ships within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for size changes, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

Please review product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll help make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Product Questions

How do the tees fit?

Our adult tees use a classic unisex fit.

Check the size guide before ordering, especially because made-to-order apparel cannot usually be exchanged for a different size.

If you are between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer choice.

How should I care for apparel?

For the longest life:

Wash inside out with cold water
Tumble dry low
Do not bleach
Do not iron directly over the printed design

Is the Saturday Mornings tote washable?

Spot cleaning is recommended for the canvas tote.

To help preserve the print and structure, avoid machine washing unless absolutely necessary.

Is the Saturday Mornings mug dishwasher safe?

Yes. The mug can be cleaned in the dishwasher or washed by hand with warm water and dish soap.

Is the Bike Rides sticker weather-resistant?

Yes. The sticker is designed for indoor and outdoor use and works well on water bottles, laptops, bike cases, coolers, and similar surfaces.

For best results, apply it to a clean, dry surface.

Is the Park Days print framed?

No. The Park Days art print is sold unframed so you can choose a frame that fits your space.

What size is the Park Days print?

The current Park Days print is 8 × 12 inches.

Will you offer more products in each collection?

Yes. Each routine may eventually include a small mix of products such as prints, magnets, stickers, totes, mugs, and apparel.

We are intentionally starting small so we can learn what people actually want to own and gift.

Gifting

Do your products make good gifts?

Yes. DuPage Routine is built around small, local keepsakes — the kind of gifts that feel personal without needing to be overly sentimental.

They work well for neighbors, teachers, hosts, new homeowners, former locals, college students, parents, grandparents, and anyone with a connection to the area.

Can I send an order directly as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but the order can be shipped directly to them.

Will prices be shown in the package?

Most orders are shipped directly from production partners and typically do not include a traditional retail receipt, but packaging can vary by product.

Is the Northside Park magnet indoor-only?

It is made from flexible vinyl with a magnetic backing and works well on refrigerators, lockers, whiteboards, and similar magnetic surfaces. For longest life, keep it out of harsh outdoor conditions.

How many pieces is the Northside Park Puzzle?

The current Northside Park Puzzle is 30 pieces.

Design & Future Collections

Are the illustrations original?

Yes. DuPage Routine collections are built around original illustrated concepts inspired by local places, routines, and landmarks.

Can I suggest a future design?

Absolutely. We want future collections to reflect the routines people actually care about.

What does “Routines May Vary” mean?

Every town has its own rhythm.

For some people, it is coffee and the market. For others, it is a bike ride, a park day, a sideline morning, a library stop, or a walk through town.

Routines May Vary is a reminder that the ordinary things we repeat often become the things we remember most.
